Terms & Conditions

Deposits for the coffee van are non refundable. 

If the full fee was paid and the booking is cancelled due to unpredictable circumstances such as weather or limited access due to a RTI (road traffic incident) the cost minus the deposit will be refunded. 

To receive a full refund (excluding the deposit) the booking must be canceled 14 days before the agreed date.
